Refund Policy

Guided Family Solutions strives to provide a professional and accessible learning experience for all participants.

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase provided that the participant has not completed a substantial portion of the course or received a certificate.

Once a certificate has been issued, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete the course, user error during registration, or lack of course participation after purchase.
